We aim to provide clarity and confidence with every vehicle purchase. Below you will find full details of our standard 3-Month Back-to-Base Warranty and the option to upgrade to our Full Comprehensive Nationwide Warranty.

3-Month Back-to-Base Warranty

This warranty is included with eligible retail vehicles (excludes trader / sold-as-seen vehicles).

What's Included

• Electrical or mechanical issues that were present at the point of sale
• Repair limit of up to £250
• Back-to-Base support - the vehicle must be returned to Hatters MOT and Service Centre for any assessment or repair within the first 3 months

What's Not Included

• Sudden failures or breakdown of electrical or mechanical components
• Repairs exceeding £250
• Breakdown or recovery costs
• Courtesy car provision
• Any involvement with third-party garages or mechanics - using a third party to diagnose or repair issues will void the warranty

Upgrade to Our Comprehensive Nationwide Warranty

For enhanced protection and complete peace of mind, we offer a Comprehensive Nationwide Warranty package. This provides a significantly higher level of cover and nationwide support.
