I have never experienced this high level of professionalism and customer care when purchasing a used car before. Bobby and his staff are hands down amazing! The car showroom is very relaxed, allowing you to properly inspect the car, the test drive was even better allowing me to have a long drive to really test the car. The swift I purchased was very well looked after, even though I pointed out some imperfections Bobby took full responsibility and repaired them at no extra cost to myself. They fitted new brake discs and pads at no extra cost; top notch customer service.The communication from Bobby was amazing throughout, via WhatsApp, sending photos and documents was easier than ever! I had been looking for a small van for weeks and then the perfect vehicle appeared at Hatters a couple of weeks ago. I called them and spoke to Simon who was professional, knowledgeable and made me aware of one or two minor issues so that my journey would not be wasted. Far from it! The whole team are incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Bash is a supreme professional and Aftab loves his job making vehicles safe for his customers. From the moment I met them I felt very happy that I was in safe hands. The vehicle is in superb condition and drives beautifully. I got a very good price for my car as part-ex change and barely lifted a finger whilst Simon sorted out the log book online for me. When I collected a few days later, all minor issues had been fully resolved and as I was buying a used van I had not been expecting perfection anyway. I have come away with a spectacular vehicle which will turn my business around and enable me to provide a much better service to my own customers.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I would return in the future if I upgrade!

We travelled around 4 hours yesterday after seeing a vehicle that we liked on autotrader at Hatters. I was a little reluctant to travel so far however we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The vehicle itself was immaculate and I was sent images of services etc before travelling. The service we received from the staff at Hatters was outstanding. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, we were even collected in the vehicle from the train station and encouraged to test drive back to the dealers location. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We were left alone to look around the vehicle and didn’t once feel pressured to make a decision and the staff weren’t pushy at all. We were offered refreshments and treated very well. Despite the distance we travelled we will certainly keep Hatters in mind should we wish to purchase another vehicle in the future. Went to Hatters to buy a red Discovery Sport - i did not buy it. I bought a more expensive black one. Not because they did a hard sell - it was the complete opposite they let the car sell itself. Dealt with Bobby and he was a gent - so hard sell, just an open and straight salesman that was a pleasure to deal with and as it was Christmas the car came with a box of chocolates, bottle of wine and a Christmas card. Bobby gave a fair honest part ex for my car and the Discovery was exactly as advertised.
Would i deal with them again ? YES.
Would i recommend them ? YES.
Did they sell me a good car ? It is in my opinion better than they advertised it ....
It is not often i give a 5 star review but i feel they deserved it.

Because we agreed to replace cambelt and water pump+fully serviced before to buy the car wasn’t ready for couple of days, however they offered me another car to use, so it was great, otherwise was needed to rent one!

I didn’t end up buying a car from here as I found another one else where which was in the colour I wanted but I have to say the customer service at Hatters was second to none. I made an appointment to view and test drive a Tesla, and having never driven an automatic nor EV before I was a little apprehensive. Bobby and his team were incredible, the guy who took me on the test drive explained all about the car and I had a very relaxed test drive, even took me onto the motorway so I could get a feel for the car on my usual commute from work!
