Went to see a 2017 Audi A3. I was really impressed with the level of trust and respect the employees have for you the moment you walk in. I received an excellent service from Abdul and Bobby which were both very helpful and understanding. Even let me test drive the car and view it intricately without rushing me, this really made me feel valued and I would recommend purchasing a car from there. 5/5 Star Service, Bobby went above and beyond for the sale of my new Suzuki Swift Sport. I have never experienced this high level of professionalism and customer care when purchasing a used car before. Bobby and his staff are hands down amazing! The car showroom is very relaxed, allowing you to properly inspect the car, the test drive was even better allowing me to have a long drive to really test the car. The swift I purchased was very well looked after, even though I pointed out some imperfections Bobby took full responsibility and repaired them at no extra cost to myself. They fitted new brake discs and pads at no extra cost; top notch customer service.The communication from Bobby was amazing throughout, via WhatsApp, sending photos and documents was easier than ever! Test drove a Honda Civic here while I was looking to buy, ended up going for another Civic I had seen and test drove but can't fault either the customer service or the condition of the car. Dealt with Bobby while I was in the store and he was very friendly and helpful, and gave good, clear advice. They were friendly and welcoming, but not pushy for a sale, they gave us time to have a good look at the car and we booked in for a test drive. Their words were, "˜take as long as you like and stop somewhere to have a good look at the car' we took just over an hour. It was a lovely drive and we were very happy to proceed to buy it. The next stage was just as good as the first stage, friendly and knowledgeable. We've visited a lot of used car showrooms and looked at a lot of cars over the past couple of months. Hatters had a good vibe right from the off and ticked ALL the boxes for us. Highly recommend.

Recently bought car with son, no pressure at all when buying, and all the staff at the garage were welcoming and friendly. I found a car on auto trader that I liked and reserved this vehicle directly with Hatters.

However, I found a newer car elsewhere and decided not to go ahead with Hatters' vehicle. The sales rep Ahmed and Bobby were polite, understanding and responsive to my needs. Answered questions that I had and quashed any concerns. They were great. Although, I didn't buy the car from them, but my experience was great.

They refunded the reservation fee without any hassle or negativity.

I was a bit unsure about going to to Hatters, but they had thr car that I'd been on the lookout for. It was well priced and thought oh well.... I'm a female and know my stuff around cars, but you know most dealers...pushy, arrogant as they know better... Not at Hatters, I turned up without notice...from that moment on I became like part of the Hatters 'family' I spoke to Bobby who gave me the key then he just wandered off. He let me inspect it at my leisure, which was great, no bolshy sales crap and also agreed to stay open later so I could have a thorough inspection done by my mechanic. The company on the whole could not have been more accommodating. We had some laughs and a bit of stress because of my financial company. I wish now I would have used the one that Hatters used. Bobby was fantastic throughout the whole process, he kept me sane and calm. I'd definitely recommend them as a company. Everyone of the staff will go out of their way to make to feel welcome. Oh and by the way, the car is a dream.... Thanks Bobby, I couldn't have done it without you...

So I spotted this lovely Honda Civic Type R which was over 100 miles away from me, but I had a good feeling about it. I rang Hatters and they were very communicative, helpful and held the car longer than they usually would. I went over with a friend and test drove the car and decided to purchase it. I had some finance transfer issues but they accommodated a safe delivery and half a tank of fuel which wasn't expected! I've since had the car checked locally and they can't find anything wrong with it. It's fun to drive and couldn't be happier. So I'd like to highly recommend Hatters & Ahmed who was always available to answer questions and keep me updated on the purchase. Also a thanks to Bobby for agreeing to hold the car for me.

Bought a car from Ahmed working here. There was no pressure, a couple of bits needed doing to the car which were done as requested, missing car mats were ordered and delivered exactly as promised, a slight issue arose with the car within the first week and hatters took it straight in for diagnostics with no quibble at all. I would buy another car from them
they were just really great. I looked at a car they had several times, emailed questions that were promptly answered, went and had a look. car needed some minor dings sorting out and new mats, we agreed a deal and the car was delivered a few days later, all bits were sorted out as agreed. Ahmed was very helpful and didn't put any pressure to sell at all. i had a niggle a couple of days after the car was delivered, Ahmed took the car straight back with no quibble, checked out the issue and sorted it out. i would buy from these guys again

FIRST-CLASS. Because of my present mobility problems I was unable to test drive or see the vehicle I bought. I found the car online and called straight away, they were happy to reserve it for me until the weekend which was very helpful. Once I arrived I was greeted with smiles and offered a beverage. Very honest guys and flexible with payment methods etc. They really go the extra mile for the customer. My new Renault Koleos is an absolute joy to drive and everything as good as advertised. He took the car of the market without a deposit and that created a great working relationship which meant I actually ended up not going further with other options due to their hard sale tactic. Bobby sent videos of the car and liaised with my own finance company to make sure I got the best rate. He arranged a pick up at Luton airport and even gave my car a fresh MOT. I found the whole experience straight forward. I'd been looking for a while and knew which make and model I wanted (Toyota Corolla hybrid) and found a good example on the Hatters Cars forecourt via Auto trader. I'd had to increase my radius of interest to 50 miles, and so was a little anxious that having contacted Hatters Cars to enquire and make an appointment to view and test drive"¦.that it would be still there and worth the journey. There was no need for concern, I found the Hatters cars photos were excellent and totally representative. They had done a great job of cleaning and valeting"¦and had even replaced a couple of tyres, since they had been an advisory. I had a test drive with a helpful member of staff. I was delighted and agreed to purchase. Bobby was very helpful and knowledgable, making the process clear and easy. A week later on collection, they even arranged to collect me from the station. Communications were excellent throughout. During the final payment they were patient as i resolved a glitch with some of the funds. Having had the car a fortnight, I can say I'm delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Hatters Cars. Thank you to all the staff.

Although I've been driving for a long time, this was the first time I'd bought a car. I found the one I wanted and the team at Hatters gave me every assurance I needed to buy with confidence. They answered all my questions, arranged a test drive quickly, gave me the time I needed to test drive it alone, and were relaxed and friendly the whole-way through. There was no pressure and the costs they'd advertised were exactly what I paid. Even though they're based a bit further away from me than other dealers, I'd definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. I didn't end up buying a car from here as I found another one else where which was in the colour I wanted but I have to say the customer service at Hatters was second to none. I made an appointment to view and test drive a Tesla, and having never driven an automatic nor EV before I was a little apprehensive. Bobby and his team were incredible, the guy who took me on the test drive explained all about the car and I had a very relaxed test drive, even took me onto the motorway so I could get a feel for the car on my usual commute from work! When I was looking for my new car I visited several dealers and can honestly say Hatters were the best by a country mile, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car

I visited Hatters on Saturday hoping to purchase a 2020 Honda Jazz that had been advertised . We had excellent service and were allowed to test drive it in very busy area. A sensor light came on and various tests were done to alleviate the problem. In the end it was suggested that we leave the car there over the w/end while they sorted the problem and then today ( Monday) the car has been delivered to my door with half a tank of fuel in it .

Went to Hatters to buy a red Discovery Sport - i did not buy it. I bought a more expensive black one. Not because they did a hard sell - it was the complete opposite they let the car sell itself. Dealt with Bobby and he was a gent - so hard sell, just an open and straight salesman that was a pleasure to deal with and as it was Christmas the car came with a box of chocolates, bottle of wine and a Christmas card. Bobby gave a fair honest part ex for my car and the Discovery was exactly as advertised.
Would i deal with them again ? YES.
Would i recommend them ? YES.
Did they sell me a good car ? It is in my opinion better than they advertised it ....
It is not often i give a 5 star review but i feel they deserved it.

Fantastic experience buying an electric Kia from Hatters. Bobby was brilliant throughout - friendly, helpful and flexible. We had a very relaxed test drive and arranged to pick up the car a week or two later. Bobby and the team went above and beyond to prepare the car and it was spotless on collection. We travelled around 4 hours yesterday after seeing a vehicle that we liked on autotrader at Hatters. I was a little reluctant to travel so far however we couldn't have been more satisfied. The vehicle itself was immaculate and I was sent images of services etc before travelling. The service we received from the staff at Hatters was outstanding. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, we were even collected in the vehicle from the train station and encouraged to test drive back to the dealers location. I couldn't recommend this company enough. We were left alone to look around the vehicle and didn't once feel pressured to make a decision and the staff weren't pushy at all. We were offered refreshments and treated very well. Despite the distance we travelled we will certainly keep Hatters in mind should we wish to purchase another vehicle in the future. I had been looking for a small van for weeks and then the perfect vehicle appeared at Hatters a couple of weeks ago. I called them and spoke to Simon who was professional, knowledgeable and made me aware of one or two minor issues so that my journey would not be wasted. Far from it! The whole team are incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Bash is a supreme professional and Aftab loves his job making vehicles safe for his customers. From the moment I met them I felt very happy that I was in safe hands. The vehicle is in superb condition and drives beautifully. I got a very good price for my car as part-ex change and barely lifted a finger whilst Simon sorted out the log book online for me. When I collected a few days later, all minor issues had been fully resolved and as I was buying a used van I had not been expecting perfection anyway. I have come away with a spectacular vehicle which will turn my business around and enable me to provide a much better service to my own customers.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I would return in the future if I upgrade!
